Direct adds a new Fortune 500 tenant to Cross Timbers Village in Flower Mound, Texas with Chase Bank

Direct announced their assistance in helping to build the new Chase Bank Branch in Cross Timbers Village – Flower Mound. Construction began on the Chase retail office in September of 2012. Pacific Realty Exchange was the real estate broker in the transaction.

The Chase Bank pad site is part of 140,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store at a high-traffic intersection in western Flower Mound.

After working with Direct on the planning and development of the large shopping center project, owners of Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center again retained Direct for the leasing of the property.
