Direct adds a new Fortune 500 wellness option to Cross Timbers Village in Flower Mound, Texas with Walgreens

With the assistance from Direct, a retail construction and leasing advisory firm based in Dallas, Texas, Walgreens newest store is now open for business in Flower Mound’s Cross Timbers Village.

In December of 2012 Direct began construction on the new Walgreens store site. The 15,000-square-foot Walgreens drug store is located on the east side of Bruton Orand. Walgreens is part of 140,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store at a high-traffic intersection in western Flower Mound. There are several other pad sites available in the shopping center, ranging from 8,000 to 12,000-square-feet.

After working with Direct on the planning and development of the large shopping center project, owners of Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center again retained Direct for the leasing of the property. Direct actively worked to secure Walgreens on the location.
