Direct is bringing a new Fortune 500 tenant to Flower Mound, Texas; Chase Bank to begin construction in Cross Timbers Village

Direct announced their participation in the construction of the new Chase Bank branch pad site that will be located in the Cross Timbers Village, in Flower Mound, Texas.

The Chase Bank pad site is part of 140,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store at a high-traffic intersection in western Flower Mound. There are several other pad sites available in the shopping center, ranging from 8,000 to 12,000-square-feet.

After working with Direct on the planning and development of the large shopping center project, owners of Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center again retained Direct for the leasing of the property.
