Direct is bringing a new Fortune 500 tenant to Wylie, Texas; TJ Maxx and HomeGoods secures lease at Woodbridge Crossing

Direct announced its participation in helping TJ Maxx and HomeGoods combination store secure a lease and construction project in the newly developed Woodbridge Crossing Shopping Center. The lease was secured in April of 2013 and construction is beginning this month with an anticipated open date in Fall of 2014. The TJ Maxx and HomeGoods combination store center totals 50,000 square feet and will provide customers a variety of cost effective clothing and home décor.

The City of Wylie has seen rapid growth over the last ten years. From 2000 to 2006 the population of Wylie grew by 36.8%, nearly 44,000 people.
