Direct is bringing a new Fortune 500 wellness option to Flower Mound, Texas; Walgreens begins construction in Cross Timbers Village

Direct announced they have begun construction of the Walgreens store in the Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center in Flower Mound, Texas.

The 15,000-square-foot Walgreens drug store will be built on the east side of Bruton Orand. Walgreens is part of 140,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store at a high-traffic intersection in western Flower Mound. There are several other pad sites available in the shopping center, ranging from 8,000 to 12,000-square-feet.

After working with Direct on the planning and development of the large shopping center project, owners of Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center again retained Direct for the leasing of the property. Direct actively worked to secure Walgreens on the location and will see the project through to completion.
